On weekends, Louie returns to look back at the most popular dance tracks from a year in the 80’s or 90’s, counting them down in order.  This ninety minute time machine not only recounts the hits, but reminisces about the news, events, fashions and stars that everyone thought were “all that hot”, all those years ago.
