Sweets of the Week – January 27

January 27th, 2012

An endless supply of big tunes and bigger anthems this week — and to top it off, we have one of my top five dead or alive DJs giving us a sneak preview of his brand new single, which is, simply put: Bad. Ass. With this much quality and quantity there’s no point delaying. Every one of these tunes is download-worthy, so be sure to pick them up asap!

Lezzz Go!

SWEETS

This first release is available on Beatport. The vocals by Kelli Sae are reminiscent of Robin S, but with a modern touch. Cop this!

Jared Dietch feat. Kelli Sae – You’re Not Alone (Gregori Klosman Remix): BUY ON BEATPORT

Freshly pressed. Listen, I don’t know why it’s taken so long for a combination like this to happen. Rap and dubstep together for a whole album? Once this starts to take off the world as we know it will melt!

Cypress Hill & Rusko – Roll It, Light It: LISTEN TO IT HERE

If you knew about this song or about Hype Jones before this week, then kudos to you! I, however, have just discovered the artists who put together this immaculate dub version of the popular Enrique tune. The best way to do a remix is take a song completely out of its genre and make people love it who would otherwise hate it. Mission accomplished!

Enrique Iglesias feat Pitbull & The WAVS- I Like How It Feels (Hype Jones Remix): LISTEN TO IT HERE

Love him or hate him this is Breezy’s world — we’re just living in it.

Chris Brown – Turn Up The Music (Prod. by The Underdogs): LISTEN TO IT HERE

Moooombah Madness. Ryde dat Vato!

Vato Gonzalez – The Moombahstard: LISTEN TO IT HERE

Big room! This track is a hassle to find — but when you do spot the full version, it’s worth the trouble

Quintino – We Gonna Rock (Original Mix) [Promo Clip]: LISTEN TO IT HERE

SUGAR-COATED-FULLY-LOADED SWEET OF THE WEEK

It’s no secret that I think Wolfgang Gartner is not from this planet. I have yet to hear a track from him that I don’t like. I have yet to see or hear of him having a bad set. Simply put, I love him. Everybody has a producer who hits the right spots in every possible way; for me (and for millions of others), Wolfgang Gartner is that dude. He dropped off a preview of his newest track last night and……um……hmmmm……..it’s f***ing perfect!

Wolfgang Gartner – There and Back (PREVIEW): LISTEN TO IT HERE

VISUAL SWEETNESS

Our boy Pretty Lights is back with a new video. Enjoy!

This is a seriousssssssss performance. Think about all the DJs he’s got behind him, and he’s ripping it without a care. The first track is The Hacker – Shockwave (Gesaffelstein Remix), and even as we speak I am searching every inch of the web for it! Huge!!!!

Enjoy the weekend, kiddos!
